Schafer Design Pty Ltd is a small building design firm offering practical and innovative design solutions for a wide range of projects including residential, multi-residential, commerical and industrial projects. Our aim is to fulfil our clients' lifestyle requirements whle working within site constraints, budgets and environmental influences.

We can provide a comprehensive building design, interior design and contract administration service, taking your project from conceptual design through to handover of the finished project from the Builder. We co-ordinate and engage the various consultants that may be required, navigate your project through the council applications and approvals and administer the building contract.

Our detailed documentation enables competitive tendering to take place between selected builders; alternatively documentation can be formatted to suit a particular builder or project manager. Not all clients require the full service and we can tailor our services to suit your particular needs.

Where necessary we have a team of consultants available to handle specialised areas e.g. Town Planners, Acoustic Consultants, Structural Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers and Landscape Designers.
